First-time paid subscriptions are eligible for a refund request within 7 days of the initial charge, except for accounts suspended for abuse or policy violations.

We use payment providers such as Razorpay and Stripe. Supported methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and international cards depending on your location.
Is there a free trial?
Starter and Growth plans include a 7-day free trial. Scale includes 14 days. No credit card required to start.

Yes. Limits and feature availability are backed by billing logic and middleware in the app backend.
Are prices in INR?
Yes, listed prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Taxes, invoices, and payment provider fees are shown during checkout where applicable.
What usage is not allowed?
DevCloudDesk is for authorized infrastructure only. Phishing, spam, malware, unauthorized access, public tunneling, and proxy-style use are prohibited.
